These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyDesiMms (mydesimms.com). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. By registering or uploading content, you confirm that you are 18+.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to use it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User-Uploaded Content
- You may upload videos only if you own all rights to the content or have explicit permission from all rights holders and performers.
- You represent that all performers in your videos are 18 years or older and that you have proper documentation if required.
- You grant MyDesiMms a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream (via our own player), and display your content on the Site.
- We do not support third-party embeds. All videos play through our own player.
- We may remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or receives a valid DMCA notice.
4. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may not upload or engage in:
- Content involving anyone under 18
- Non-consensual content, revenge content, or content obtained without permission
- Copyrighted material you do not have rights to
- Illegal activities, harassment, spam, or malware
- Impersonation or fraudulent activity
5. Upload and Earn Program
Eligible users may earn revenue from views or other metrics on their uploaded videos, subject to the following:
- Earnings are calculated according to our internal metrics and rules (which may change).
- Payouts are made only after verification of identity and payment details.
- Minimum payout thresholds and payment methods will be communicated separately.
- We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or deny earnings in cases of fraud, invalid traffic, policy violations, or chargebacks.
- Participation in the earn program does not create an employment or partnership relationship.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, its design, logo, and our own player are owned by MyDesiMms. User-uploaded content remains the property of the respective uploader, subject to the license granted above.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or user-uploaded content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and remove content at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
