1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. Verification of Claims

To process certain requests (especially those involving personal appearance in content or ownership claims), we may require additional verification. Verification may include, but is not limited to:

  • A clear photo of yourself (separate from the video) for identity verification.
  • Specific details about the video that only the individual featured would reasonably know.
  • Any documentation or supporting information that helps confirm your identity and ownership of the request.
  • Any other relevant evidence that assists us in verifying the authenticity of your claim.

Failure to provide sufficient verification when requested may result in delayed processing or denial of the request.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
